Day 2: We Meet Again
Starting to to try to lose weight again..
I have my own definition of losing weight:
- 1/4 cup of brown rice a day
- drink lots of water
- no soft drinks
- “try” to stay away from fast food
- “try” to stay from processed and fried stuff
- “try” not to eat french fries (if you know me, you know this is the hardest thing.. )
- go back to the gym, badminton and hopefully swimming
