Day 2: We Meet Again
Starting to to try to lose weight again..
I have my own definition of losing weight:
1/4 cup of brown rice a day
drink lots of water
no soft drinks 
“try” to stay away from fast food
“try” to stay from processed and fried stuff
“try” not to eat french fries (if you know me, you know this is the hardest thing.. )
go back to the gym, badminton and hopefully swimming
